Week 3 RR? - Understanding my character(s)

You must use at LEAST 2 quotes from the book.

Understanding your character is a good way for you to really get into your book and see from another person's perspective. In your response this week, describe your character. Think about and discuss:

-1. your main character's personality

- 2. how they act/behave

- 3. what they look like

- 4. how old they are

- 5 what sort of education do you think that they have

- 6 who their friends and family are

- 7 what their financial (money) situation is

- 8 and what their job is (if they have one).

   I am reading More scary stories to tell in the dark by Alvin Schwartz. I have read lots of stories so far but there was one story so far that i really liked. The story i really like was THE LITTLE BLACK DOG. This story is about a man named Billy Mansfield and he killed a man named Silas Burton and his dog when billy killed Silas, Silas dog saw and it was barking so that when billy killed the dog to. After he killed them Billy has been hearing things and seeing things like the dog  scratching on the door,barking to be let in. billy was finding black dog hairs on the sofa, on the floor, in the bed, even in his food. People thought he was crazy when he wasn't. on day Billy went outside when it was snowing to get wood for the chimney. Then next thing you know Billy was on the floor with few dog hairs but he didn't have no blood and there was no foot prints around him but his.


Billy Mansfield personality is mean, stupid and rude because on pg. 18 he killed Silas and his dog.

The front of this book looks like a scary book which it is,the ghost in the front cover looks like a little boy and there is ghost flying around.
The main characters of the first story is John Sullivan a man that was a ghost but he didn't know he was.
In the second story there is a girl named Jeanne and a guy named Fred.

i am reading Saving Grace By Darlene Ryan. the characters in my book are Justin, Evie and the baby. The theme is that Evie kidnapping the baby because she didn't like the way the Hansen's treated the baby. The setting in my book is in a car so far because she is hideing so they won't find she and take the baby away from her.
